Parts AND labor covered on every repair. Two warranty programs built for how you actually drive — whether it's your daily commute or a million-mile truck.
We built two warranty programs because cars and trucks are different. Your daily driver doesn't need unlimited miles. A truck running 150,000 miles a year doesn't need a 3-year timeline. Each warranty is designed for how the vehicle actually gets used.

We're upfront about what the warranty doesn't cover. Normal wear items, cosmetic damage, abuse, and modifications are excluded — but that's standard across the industry.
Routine maintenance (oil, filters, brake fluid flushes, belts) and wear items are not covered
Paint, dents, interior damage, or physical damage not related to the repair
Warranty does not cover damage from abuse, racing, off-road use, or failure to maintain the vehicle
Only covers repairs performed by CTR. Other shops' work is not covered
Custom modifications, parts upgrades, or after-market parts installed by others
Damage from collisions or accidents is not covered by the repair warranty
Bring your vehicle to CTR for any repair — brakes, engine, transmission, etc.
We provide a detailed invoice showing the work performed and your warranty tier.
Auto: 3 years or 36,000 miles. Heavy-duty: 1 year, unlimited miles. Coverage starts on the service date.
Call us. If it's covered, we fix it at no charge — parts and labor included.
Your warranty is recognized and honored at all three CTR locations. The warranty tier depends on where the original work was performed.
